Tickets
5900 tickets are available and consist of; single tickets at $50 each; sets of 3 tickets for $75: sets of 5 tickets for $100; and sets of 20 tickets for $150.
Draws
The Early Bird Draw will be held Wed, June 16, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Monarch Theater 609 2nd St SE Medicine Hat AB T1A 0C8.
Blue Jays Vacation Package, Valued at $4300. From Fareconnect.
- Sales cut off will be Monday June 10t, 2024, at 11:59 pm
When prize trips are won, the restrictions laid out by the Travel Agency (i.e. dates of travel, time frame, value) must be ensued and awarded as is. Reference to restrictions are laid out below.
Trip for two to Toronto Ont.
- Package includes a trip for two to Toronto On.
- Three-night hotel stay in Toronto.
- Round trip airfare for two from Calgary to Toronto
- Tickets to the Toronto Blue Jays game.
- If at the time of booking, the vacation package chosen exceeds the value of $4,300.00 the traveler is responsible for paying the fare difference. If the package price is below the set amount, then the remaining balance will be forfeited.
- Winner must contact Fareconnect to complete travel arrangements no later than July 6, 2024
- The trip package has no cash value and is non-transferable to another person without the express consent of the Lottery Management and Fareconnect.
- Changes to the travel package are not allowed without the express consent of the Lottery Management and FareConnect (The Lottery Management and FareConnect must approve the changes.)
- Should the winner fail to claim the prize, prior to end of business July 6, 2024, an alternate prize of a $4300 FareConnect Gift Card will be issued.
Cash for Gas Loyalty Draw will be held at 2pm Saturday July 28th, 2024, at the Northlands Co-op Gas Bar 10 Northlands Way NE, Medicine Hat, AB T1C 1Z2.
- Fuel for a Year Valued at $2500 from Southland Co-op.
- Sales cut off will be Sunday July 21st, 2024, at 11:59pm
The Final Draw will be held at 2pm, Sept 20th, 2024, at the Monarch Theater 609 2nd St SE Medicine Hat AB T1A 0C8, or sooner if all tickets have been sold and approval is granted by AGLC.
- $40,000 credit at Badlands Harley Davidson or Big M Ford
- Winner must choose just one dealership, Badlands Harley Davidson, or Big M Ford
- Credit can not be divided between the dealerships.
- Winner must abide by dealer conditions described below.
- Sales cut off will be Sunday September 14, 2024, at 11:59pm.
Badlands Harley Davidson
- $40,000 credit at Badlands Harley Davidson to be used towards the purchase of any new in stock motorcycle and accessories, based on MRSP, any credits or rebates back to dealer. Should the total of the motorcycle and accessories chosen by the winner, exceed the value of $40,000, the winner will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the total price is below the set amount the remaining balance will be forfeited.
- The $40,000 credit at Badlands Harley Davidson has no cash value and is non-transferable to another person without the express consent of the Lottery Management and Badlands Harley Davidson (The Lottery Management and Badlands Harley Davidson must approve the transfer.)
Big M Ford
- $40,000 credit at Big M Ford dealership to be used towards a New Ford Bronco, based on MRSP, any credits or rebates back to dealer. Should the Ford Bronco chosen by the winner, exceed the value of $40,000, the winner will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the vehicle price is below the set amount the remaining balance will be forfeited
- The $40,000 credit at Big M Ford has no cash value and is non-transferable to another person without the express consent of the Lottery Management and Big M Ford. (The Lottery Management and Big M Ford must approve the transfer.)
- If the Ford Bronco is not winner’s vehicle of choice the $40,000 credit maybe used towards the purchase of any New Ford Vehicle, based on MRSP, any credits or rebates back to the dealer.
- Should the vehicle exceed the value of $40,000, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference, if the vehicle is priced below the set amount the remaining balance will be forfeited.
All draws will be open to the public and will be made under the supervision of at least two executive members (or delegates) of the Saamis Rotary.
Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, under licensing approval by the licensing body, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC).
Each prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the approved Raffle Terms and Conditions as put forth by AGLC.
Draws are conducted using a metal mesh see through drum.

All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws.
There are 3 prizes in total. Ticket buyers are eligible for all draws provided they purchase before any draw deadline.
Gift certificates for retailers involved in draws shall be used for merchandise in their place of business; no cash will be given.
Tickets will not be sold to persons under 18 years of age. Tickets will be sold only in Alberta; this does not exclude people coming into the province to purchase tickets.
If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.
All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information.
Ticket sellers will advise all purchasers not to include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket.
All prizes are deemed “new” by retailers involved.
Prizes shall be accepted “as is”.
Online and telephone ticket orders are only available for Alberta Residents.
Should a winning ticket stub have more than one name on it, the licensee shall award the prize to the first name on the ticket stub.
The licensee and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.
Members of the Saamis Rotary Club Medicine Hat are allowed to purchase tickets. The raffle manager and immediate family members will be prohibited from purchasing lottery tickets.
In the unexpected event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored.
The Winning Ticket Lottery will attempt to notify all winners for 3 months from the time of the draw.
The Winning Ticket Lottery winner will be notified by phone and/or email and or mail. The mail will require the signature of the ticket holder as proof of notification.
All winners will have 3 months from the draw date to claim their prize.
If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date the Saamis Rotary Club Medicine Hat will request the permission of AGLC to donate the prize back to their office and use it for another event.
All prizes may be claimed by showing the winning portion of the ticket &/or government issued photo identification.
Prize pick up for all prizes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The Winning Ticket Lottery will not be responsible for the delivery of any of the prizes.
Saamis Rotary Club Medicine Hat accepts no liability associated with any loss or damages to individuals or property in any way associated with any prize.
Tickets cannot be refunded.
The Winning Ticket Lottery will request an extension on the 2024 Lottery if we have not reached our break-even point as of the final ticket sales cut off date of Sunday, Sep 14, 2024, at 11:59pm.
All gift certificates, trips and events prizes are subject to the conditions set out by the individual business supplying the prize and are detailed in this document.
